The Clear View Dust Muzzle for Crack Chasing & Tuck Pointing is a universal Dust Muzzle that can be used for cutting, tuck pointing and crack chasing with all 4″-5″ cutting wheels. It can be used with diamond blades as well as carbide saw blades to remove toxic dusts from the workplace.

The Clear View Dust Muzzle for Crack Chasing & Tuck Pointing has a patented, adjustable set of adapters that allow it to be attached to virtually any 4″-5″ pneumatic or electric angle grinder with a bearing housing diameter between 1 5/8″ and 2″ in diameter.

There is no base plate so the Clear View Dust Muzzle is excellent for free hand cutting on mortar joints and crack chasing.

The Clear View Dust Muzzle for Crack Chasing & Tuck Pointing guard can be rotated to a number of different positions to suit the operator’s preference.

Applications
The Clear View Dust Muzzle is excellent for crack chasing, tuck pointing cutting fiberglass, scoring concrete, grout removal and decorative work.

**Note: The Clear View Dust Muzzle uses the Dust Muzzle Step-Down Hose to connect it to the standard 1.5″ industrial vacuum hoses.

OSHA 2017 Silica Dust Requirements specify a HEPA vacuum with 110 CFM for diamond wheels 4 1/2″ in diameter.
To be compliant the contractor will a need vacuum with the following specs.
