The Dust Muzzle Ultra comes in two sizes. The DMU5 fits all 4"-5" grinders and the DMU8 fits all 7"-8" grinders. When the Dust Muzzle Ultra is connected to a 2hp industrial vacuum it is the most efficient and durable Dust Muzzle available for right angle grinders.
Do not use a Dust Muzzle for 7-9" grinders with bearing housing diameters less than 2.25". Use the Original Dust Muzzle.

The Dust Muzzle DC is a modification of the Dust Muzzle that allows the operator to collect dust when using hole saws and core bits. It is available for 2" and 3" hole saws.
The original Dust Muzzle can be retro-fitted with a cover plate that adapts them to be a point of origin dust collector for crack chasing, cutting or tuck pointing with blades from 4" -7". This system requires an Original Dust Muzzle and the cover plate. The adapter plates come in two sizes, 5" and 7". The 5" cover plate, CCCP5 is $9.95 and the 7" cover plate, CCCP7 is $14.95.
Do not use the Dust Muzzle Ultra or Jaw Muzzle for crack chasing, cutting or tuck-pointing. Choose a 4-5" or 7" Dust Muzzle from the cross reference of Original Dust Muzzles.

(Part# Hose4) The Dust Muzzle has a 1.25” female exhaust port and accepts a 1.25” tapered male hose fitting. If you do not have a vacuum hose with this fitting, you will need our step-down hose. Our step-down hose is 4 1/2 feet of lightweight blow molded hose that has a 1.25” male fitting on one end and a 2.25” female fitting on the other end. It attaches directly to the male end of all American industrial shop vacuum hoses. It extends the hose that comes with your vacuum by 4 1/2 feet. The above photo shows a shortened version of our hose. The standard vacuum hose is on the left. -

All Dust Muzzles for 2-3" die grinders and all Chip Muzzles need two of the step-down hoses so they can be adapted to the standard 11/2" hose on all standard industrial vacuums. The 234AD is a 3/4" x 18" hose that connects directly to the 2" & 3" Dust Muzzles and all the Chip Muzzles. It comes with an end fitting that connects directly to our 54" x 1 1/4" step-down hose.
