Our heavy-duty rolling cart is designed for years of continuous service. It accepts all of the left-bladed worm drive saws such as Skil™, Bosch™ and Makita. Although it is made to be used with the worm drive saws, it can also be adapted to work with other saws including right-bladed models. The rolling cart is made of heavy gauge aluminum and is fitted with rugged polyurethane wheels. It’s substantial weight, 17 pounds, and long wheel base make it a stable platform for cutting die-straight lines. It is excellent for jobs where the operator will be cutting thousands of lineal feet of scoring or 1/4" channel. The handle is adjustable to many positions. The saw is easily mounted to the base of the rolling cart and is triggered through a handle-mounted switch. The rolling cart can be purchased separately or as part of a system. This hose upgrade will connect two 100 CFM vacuums with standard 1 1/2" hoses to create an OSHA compatible 200 CFM system for grinding with 7" blades and wheels. The system comes with a "Y" connector that combines the two hoses, 25' of 2" industrial grade hose and all the connectors and end fittings necessary to combine the suction and airflow of two smaller vacuums into one large system. The larger diameter 2" hose reduces internal friction in the hose and provides higher CFM at the hose end. This is especially important when making runs of 50 ft. or more. The Chip Muzzle can be trimmed for specific purposes. When working around asbestos coated pipes, it can be shaped into a concave shape or when working in corners it can be mitered for greater efficiency. When used with a standard industrial vacuum, it will collect up to 95% of the toxic dusts being removed. It comes with all the necessary attachments including a 3/4" step up hose for adapting to our standard 4' x 1.25" hose. If you have a 1.5" (ID) vacuum hose, you will need to purchase our Dust Muzzle Step-Down Hose ($14.95)

The Dust Muzzle has a 1.25” female exhaust port and accepts a 1.25” tapered male hose fitting. If you do not have a vacuum hose with this fitting, you will need our step-down hose. Our step-down hose is 4 1/2 feet of lightweight blow molded hose that has a 1.25” male fitting on one end and a 2.25” female fitting on the other end. It attaches directly to the male end of all American industrial shop vacuum hoses. It extends the hose that comes with your vacuum by 4 1/2 feet.
