The Saw Muzzle™ Type Z is a complete universal dust collector designed to be mounted on all Sawzall™ type reciprocating saws including the Milwaukee Sawzall, DeWalt, Bosch, Makita and all other large reciprocating saws. All components needed to connect the Saw Muzzle to a 1 1/2"industrial vacuum hose are included with the system. The Saw Muzzle Type Z is easily installed and it offers an unobstructed view of the blade. The 3/4" vacuum hoses have a built in memory rod that allows the operator to place the hoses at the exact point of dust creation without obstructing the view of the blade.

Because of it’s extreme vertical flexibility, it can accommodate 7" discs as thin as the 1/4" thick silica carbide Zec™ wheels or the very deep diamond cup wheels. It can also accommodate the 8" soft pad sanding discs and backup pads. The Dust Muzzle Ultra Leatherneck uses the same completely universal neck design as the high density polypropylene Dust Muzzle Ultra so the operator can attach it to any grinder with any depth of wheel. Its 1 1/2" exhaust port swivels over 180 degrees and makes the Leatherneck excellent for picking up the large debris created when grinding thin set, wood floors or heavy paints and glues.

The Dust Muzzle Ultra comes in two sizes. The DMU5 fits all 4"-5" grinders and the DMU8 fits all 7"-8" grinders. When the Dust Muzzle Ultra is connected to a 2hp industrial vacuum it is the most efficient and durable Dust Muzzle available for right angle grinders.
Do not use a Dust Muzzle for 7-9" grinders with bearing housing diameters less than 2.25". Use the Original Dust Muzzle.

The Chip Muzzle can be trimmed for specific purposes. When working around asbestos coated pipes, it can be shaped into a concave shape or when working in corners it can be mitered for greater efficiency. When used with a standard industrial vacuum, it will collect up to 95% of the toxic dusts being removed. It comes with all the necessary attachments including a 3/4" step up hose for adapting to our standard 4' x 1.25" hose. If you have a 1.5" (ID) vacuum hose, you will need to purchase our Dust Muzzle Step-Down Hose ($14.95)

Our heavy-duty rolling cart is designed for years of continuous service. It accepts all of the left-bladed worm drive saws such as Skil™, Bosch™ and Makita. Although it is made to be used with the worm drive saws, it can also be adapted to work with other saws including right-bladed models. The rolling cart is made of heavy gauge aluminum and is fitted with rugged polyurethane wheels. It’s substantial weight, 17 pounds, and long wheel base make it a stable platform for cutting die-straight lines. It is excellent for jobs where the operator will be cutting thousands of lineal feet of scoring or 1/4" channel. The handle is adjustable to many positions. The saw is easily mounted to the base of the rolling cart and is triggered through a handle-mounted switch. The rolling cart can be purchased separately or as part of a system. Complete systems are available on our Vacuum and Systems page where it is paired with different blades and the our vacuum.
